I hope that your efforts manage to save beautiful Smugglers Cove.  We have been away in Dominica and just got back at present I do not have a telephone line for the Internet down there.  I am working on it!  We are moving for good to Dominica sometime in March.  For the very reasons in this letter to the Governor.  Good luck.

Dear Mr Potter,

 

I have lived in Antigua for 18 years and am now seeing this beautiful island being totally spoiled by development, so much so that my husband and I have decided to move to Dominica which at present is very beautiful and totally unspoilt.

 

It seems as if Tortola is going to have the same fate unless some how you manage to make Smugglers Cove a national park and keep the beauty for ever for everyone to enjoy.

 

Tortola is only a small island and it is too easy for development to engulf the island.  The other thing that is a huge concern is where does all the sewage waste go.  At the end of the day back into the ocean ruining the reefs, polluting the ocean and killing the very reason people visit the islands.

 

Please save Smugglers Cove.
